Christmas Yoghurt Bark

The holiday season is always filled with food, and oh boy do we love it! But if you are scratching your head for a healthier, fun desert to bring to the table during Christmas time, then this is it!

This Christmas Yoghurt Bark is a desert or snack that we truly believe the kids will love making and love eating! Perfect for summer! 


  • 2 cups of Natural Greek Yoghurt 
  • 2 Kiwi fruit diced 
  • 4 Strawberries diced 
  • ½ cup of dried cranberries 
  • Sprinkle of desiccated coconut 


      1. Line a tray with baking paper. 
      2. Pour yoghurt into tray and spread roughly to 1cm thick. 
      3. Spread kiwi, strawberries, cranberries and coconut onto the yoghurt. 
      4. Freeze until completely solid. 
      5. Cut or snap into sections and serve. 

Makes roughly 15-20 squares depending on how you chop them up!
