This Christmas Yoghurt Bark is a desert or snack that we truly believe the kids will love making and love eating! Perfect for summer!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Natural Greek Yoghurt
- 2 Kiwi fruit diced
- 4 Strawberries diced
- ½ cup of dried cranberries
- Sprinkle of desiccated coconut
Method:

- Line a tray with baking paper.
- Pour yoghurt into tray and spread roughly to 1cm thick.
- Spread kiwi, strawberries, cranberries and coconut onto the yoghurt.
- Freeze until completely solid.
- Cut or snap into sections and serve.

Makes roughly 15-20 squares depending on how you chop them up!
